After an absolutely fun-filled long weekend (no school on Friday), I vowed to stay inside all day, reading a book, covered up in my fleece blanket, cozy and dry on this rainy Sunday. But, outside the corner of my eye I sensed this beautiful, golden, autumn light softly glow in my backyard so I ran outside with my camera to take these pics of my black-eyed susans. The soft golden light faded quickly but, I loved just getting outside with my D5000, getting my PJs drenched, then back inside to our cozy house again.  It was a lovely shutterbug moment on this lazy Sunday. 🙂
